Know more about the lecturers of Raffles College of Higher Education Kuala Lumpur who will be conducting the workshops and talks during the whole month of creative activities.
Richard is a Raffles Singapore Alumni who has extensive experience in the business of fashion. He has started and designs for various labels that include NAA&CO with Tangs Singapore and Isetan Malaysia, 4YOU with Robinsons Singapore and TSEN featured at Metrojaya. Richard was also involved in the development of the European inspired brand -Dude and the Duchess. His latest project is developing a brand titled MENSMONO for Isetan. He also has his own retail brand consultancy - 16seventyone and his clients include the Voir Group who operates 120 outlets across Malaysia.
Alex hails from Sweden and teaches Psychology and Communication at Raffles. He has been in the field of psychology for many years. Working at Raffles enables him to explore the relation between Fashion and Psychology and the psychological factors behind colours, outfit and accessories choices, subculture as well as career. He enjoys cooking and baking bread, riding his motorcycle and drinking coffee at his local café.
Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts degree 3D design from NAFA, Singapore and before joining Raffles in KL he was lecturing at our Beijing campus. He worked at flower Diamond in Singapore where he was able to design and make one-off jewellery pieces for its exclusive clientele. In his free time, Johnson likes visiting museums and cultural sites for inspiration and favourite artists include Fuyuko Matsui and fellow Singaporean Ng Engteng.
Goran is a jewellery designer from Stockholm, Sweden. When he is not teaching he likes to spend time cooking for his friends and going to the cinema. Goran is inspired by Ted Noten, Kali Arulpragasam, Faberge and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Paul comes from Canada, even though he hasn't lived there for the past 30 years. He enjoys traveling, foreign food, foreign films, photography and traveling (he loves travelling). His favourite city is Manhattan and he's a die-hard New York Yankees fan. Paul is curious about the future of Media with the influx of smart phones, tablets, watches, Google glasses, self-driving cars and 3D printing.

Kiu Luong has 13 years experience in both product and service industries. He has worked with an extensive global network of clients, collaborating on numerous projects. Kiu Luong has a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in Marketing and Management, an MBA with a minor major in IT. He enjoys talking to people about his experiences from work, travel and personal training. He enjoys travelling and experiencing cultures first-hand.

Jason is a home grown Designer/Architect who lives to travel. His insatiable appetite for design and details has taken him to places far and away, his most recent trip was through Latin America. A firm believer in drawing inspiration from almost anything around him, Jason sees travelling as part of his job. He is in awe of Philip Starck and Frank Gehry’s game changing designs which also drive him creatively. Jason’s love and enthusiasm will affect your perspective towards interior design- one of the fastest growing design industries today.

Joseph has been a drawing addict since the age of 12. There was never a day he could go without putting pencil to paper. His favourite character to draw was Doraemon. Now a days his drawings are inspired by US comics, particularly the old darker Batman series.

Laurent comes from France but his roots are firmly planted in Asia as he has spent over 13 years in the region. He is inspired by the work of Pedro Almodovar, Christobal Balenciaga and Madame Gres and passionate about design and the history of fashion in general.
